Paralegal

Invigo is hiring a paralegal to join its team. We are looking for a paralegal:

• who has a degree in paralegal studies (rechtspraktijk) or can show relevant experience;
• who is fluent in Dutch and English;
• who has a strong interest in legal matters, with a focus on life sciences;
• who is dynamic, hands-on, communicative and pragmatic;
• who has strong writing skills; and
• who enjoys working in close collaboration with a team on a variety of topics.

• You will be responsible for knowledge creation at our firm.  This includes among others research assignments, tracking developments in the areas of law in which Invigo is active, know-how development, and library management.
• You will be responsible for contract management, including but not limited to the development of templates and the tracking of ongoing obligations under existing contracts.
