Invigo took a coordinating role in the generation of the template Consortium Agreement for the new Innovative Health Initiative (IHI) framework, a joint undertaking under the broader Horizon Europe programme between the European Commission and the industry associations COCIR, EFPIA, EuropaBio, MedTech Europe and Vaccines Europe. The template has been developed in collaboration with legal experts of the aforementioned industry associations and of the IHI itself.  It is available online, for instance at https://www.efpia.eu/about-medicines/development-of-medicines/public-private-partnerships/innovative-health-initiative-ihi/.

During the duration of the IHI, Invigo will also continue to be part of the EFPIA legal subteam for IHI as a legal advisor and will assist a variety of individual partners in several IHI Projects.
