Personal Data/Human Samples Agreements in large Projects

Invigo assisted clients in several public-private partnership projects in which personal data collection and the transfer and use of such data by the consortium partners has a significant role. Invigo assisted with the mapping of data-flows and the design and draft of the underlying data sharing and use agreements, ensuring such agreements meet the practical needs of the project whilst being compliant with GDPR and in conformity with the framework agreements for such projects. We have extensive experience in setting up data transfer agreements on the level of multiple players involved in a certain project, including different layers of data transfers (such as involving data platforms) as well as bilateral agreements which allow for direct transfers between data contributors and users. Invigo was also involved in agreements tackling transfers and biobanking of human material samples and advised on the applicable regulatory framework in this regard.
