Invigo presented a webinar on data sharing and access for research within an Innovative Medicines Initiative project. During this webinar we elaborated in a pragmatic and interactive way on both the contractual aspects linked to data sharing and access to data and the rights and obligations connected to it as well as on the impact of GDPR to data sharing and access within the project. More in particular an assessment of the potential impact of the GDPR rules on day-to-day practice when controlling or processing personal data was made.
