In September 2024, the IHI ‘VICT3R’-project kicked off. VICT3R brings together both public and private partners with the goal of reducing animal use in toxicology research through the development and implementation of Virtual Control Groups powered by AI, advanced stats and extensive historical animal data. This project aims to provide a more ethical alternative in toxicology studies.

Invigo assisted Bayer, acting as the Project Leader, in negotiating and drafting the Consortium Agreement between all parties involved. In addition to these negotiations, Invigo provides ongoing legal support during the project lifetime, including facilitating the entry of new parties, advisors, and contractual research organizations.
