Procedure in favor of an employee dismissed for cause

Invigo has taken on the defense in litigation of an employee dismissed for cause against a large Belgian public institution. Invigo assisted during the entire litigation, starting at discussing strategies going on the procedure in court in first instance as well as in appeal.
